How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days. We pack your order within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or write to us at mdmrk589@gmail.com.
Can I return something?
Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Our Refund Policy has all the details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We're so sorry if that happens. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you write to us quickly, we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, we can't change it, but you're welcome to return it within 30 days.
How do I wash and care for my items?
Please follow the care label on each product. As a gentle rule, wash new items before first use.
Are your products safe for babies?
Safety comes first. Please read the product page and the instructions that come with each item, and always keep an adult close by when your baby uses it.
