We know you're waiting for something important, so here is what to expect.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, and standard shipping is free on every order.
Getting your order ready
We pack and send out orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays).
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days after you place them. This is an estimate. Bad weather, busy seasons or carrier delays can sometimes add a little time.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a day or two to update, so please check back if you don't see movement right away.
Please double-check your address
Make sure your address is right at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as you can and we'll try our best to fix it before your order ships. Once a package has been delivered to the address you gave us, we're not able to replace it.
If your package is late or lost
If your order hasn't arrived after 11 business days, please email us at mdmrk589@gmail.com. We'll check with the carrier and help make it right.
Extra fees
Because we ship within the US, you won't pay any import fees when your package arrives.
