Refund policy
Hi there, and thank you for shopping with us. We know that buying for a little one is a big deal, so we want you to feel comfortable. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
We're happy to take back items that are unused, unwashed and still in their original packaging. Please keep your order number handy. It helps us find your order faster.
How to start a return
- Send us a short email at mdmrk589@gmail.com with your order number and a few words about what went wrong.
- We'll write back within 1–2 business days with simple steps to follow.
- Pack the item gently and send it back as we describe. Please wait for our reply before sending anything, so nothing gets lost.
Your refund
Once your return arrives, we'll take a look and email you right away. If everything is fine, your refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty, that's on us. We'll cover the shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Just email us within 7 days of delivery. A clear photo helps a lot.
A few things we can't take back
For the health and safety of every baby, we can't accept feeding items that have been used, or diaper pants that have been worn or washed, unless they are faulty. We hope you understand.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges right now. The easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd like.
